I don't know how this ended up a Haiku, but it did! My first poetic response to teaching. So far I think it's my only.........
Make-up and Wonderbra
Teetering, Crane-height, neck stretched, hopeful lie, Long, sculpted marble.
Tanned brown thigh, Luscious, ripe, uncertain depths, Hinting promises.
Linen crisp, Brilliant, unbuttoned white, Creviced, twin hills peek.
China pink, Powdered cheek, lift high on bone, Porcelain perfect.
Lipstick slash, Stained by red and purple berries, Kissed and wet tongue licked.
Charcoal slicked, Round-eyed, underlined, startled, Spider-legged lash flash.
Blonded curls, Piled high, moussed, sprayed, waxed and gelled, Artfully arranged.
She’s so high, All that, well beyond rehab, This teenaged harlot.
